LIVE Hotel Room Bodyweight Workout

Fitness is a huge part of my life, and because I specialize in Bodyweight based workouts, I can do them anywhere. On my YouTube Channel I have two different series (among others): Travel Hacks and Bodyweight Fitness. I always workout regardless of where I am, so I decided to film a full, live, unedited video of me doing a Bodyweight Workout. This entire workout is done in a hotel room, and only involves a small area and a couple chairs.

I’ve been asked many times what my workouts are usually like, so hopefully this video can give you some insight into how I workout. Like I said, I workout in this video as-if the camera isn’t even there – everything from me struggling to being out of breath. Underneath the video I post the exact workout that I did in case you want to try it for yourself – this one was pretty tough. I always improvise my workouts on the fly, so this one I really pushed myself until I was absolutely exhausted.
