I’m not a hugely religious person but I like the idea of Lent. And considering today is Ash Wednesday, and the start of Lent, I figured to do an experiment. For Lent you can either do one of two things: 1. Do Something Less (ex. Eat Chocolate) or 2. Do Something More (ex. Run a Mile a Day). Because Lent is 40 days long, I decided to make it a fun experiment and see what happens.
Starting today, for the next 40 days I’ll be drinking a gallon of water a day. I took a video of me today and I’ll be doing a video every week to see if there are any improvements. The benefits and improvements of Sarah in the article I mentioned were insane, so we’ll see what happens with me.
Once Lent is completely over I’ll release the entire video, each demonstrating my progress week by week. Let’s see what happens!
